Simple – just click on ‘Buy A Voucher’, browse the website for your prefferd accommodation and choose an option that best suits your needs. Click on the Add to Basket button. Click on the Basket, register quickly if you haven’t yet and you’ll be taken through the checkout process.

We accept all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards paid through PayGate.

If everything’s in order, we’ll email you your Voucher. And that’s it – you’re ready to enjoy your amazing Orion Experience

Your Voucher is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. All of these details will be available on your Voucher.
Orion Vouchers accepts all major Credit and Debit cards. Payments are done via a third party, PayGate.
Absolutely. We use PayGate as our payment partner which handles your online Credit and Debit Card transactions safely and securely, so you can shop online with complete peace of mind.
Once you’ve completed checkout, you will receive 2 emails: one will confirm that you’ve just made a credit/debit card payment; the second will be your invoice with your Voucher Number. You will receive your formal Voucher 2 working days after purchase. If you do not receive your Voucher, please drop us an email on [email protected] and we will track down your Voucher.
Vouchers are emailed to the email address provided on registration with us. Vouchers are only emailed to you once the payment has been successful or 2 working days after payment. If you have not received your Voucher, please email us at [email protected] and we will confirm the status of your order. If your order has been successful, we will email you the formal Voucher.
No worries, all your orders will be listed under My Account in the top right corner, as soon as you’re logged in.
Unfortunately all our Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Of course, our Vouchers make awesome gifts. Buy a Voucher for your boss/ girlfriend/ cousin or neighbour, basically anyone. On checkout, you’ll notice a field where you can input a name and email of the person who will be checking in. Use your friend's details here and we will send the Voucher directly to them.
You will always receive a separate Voucher for each product or service you buy.
If you can’t get in, make sure you’ve got the right username/password combo. Otherwise, it could be that you’re signed up for our newsletters but that you haven’t registered on our site yet. To register on our website please follow this link and fill out the details on the Register Now section. In order to redeem your Voucher you will need to make a reservation at least 72 hours before your desired check-in date. Usually, Vouchers can be used straight away. Please note that due to the National Lockdown, our Hotels are currently open for Business Travelers only. Once our Hotels are able to trade again, you can redeem your Voucher and book your accommodation with us.
You will find the expiration date stated on your Voucher. But usually Vouchers will be valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Unfortunately not. Vouchers can’t be split and you cannot receive store credit or cash back.
